Lehigh – Lafayette 2021 (Spring)

Three Kappa Alpha Society Alumni Board members represented the Society at the 156th playing of the Lehigh-Lafayette game held in Easton on April 10, 2021. Only player’s parents were provided tickets due to COVID-19 restrictions, but that didn’t stop Kappa Alpha from showing their Lehigh support at college football’s most-played rivalry. The trio watched the game from the parking deck behind the south stands at Fisher Field.

It was the 43rd consecutive rivalry game for alumni president Mark Messics ’82 and alumni treasurer Mark Yoder ’82, and it was the 46th consecutive game for alumni secretary Jim Schwanda ’79. “You know, the view wasn’t much worse than the seats Lafayette normally gives us!” remarked Schwanda after the game.
